The Migration Agents Regulation Authority (MARA) prescribes a Code of Conduct that must be followed by all practicing Australian Migration Agents. It sets out in detail the professional and ethical standards required by Registered Migration Agents and their employees.   Membership of MARA is compulsory for all practising Australian Migration Agents.
